Frequently asked questions

How quickly will Union Trade reply?

Within two working days of receiving your inquiry, whether it comes through this form or by email. If it is urgent, email eugene@union-trade.net and say so in the subject line. Our first reply confirms what we have understood, asks any questions that affect feasibility or cost, and suggests a time for a first call with the team.

What should I include in a request for a quote?

The product and its grade or specification, the packaging format, volume per order and per year, the destination market, your preferred delivery terms and timing, and any certifications or tests you require. If you already buy the product, tell us what works and what doesn't with your current supply. The more precise the brief, the faster we can shortlist suppliers.

Can I send specification sheets or a catalog?

Yes. Send the form first, then reply to our email with your attachments: specification sheets, certificates, catalogs or artwork. That keeps the form short and puts your documents in the same thread as our reply. If a document is confidential, tell us first and we will put a confidentiality agreement in place before you send it.
